If you hire web space from SilvesterHost, whether free of charge or at a price, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions of service by virtue of your having used the service provided to you by SilvesterHost. All customers must agree to abide by these terms and conditions of service. Failure to abide by these terms and conditions of service may mean that we will terminate your service either temporarily or permanently. In cases of serious breaches of these
Terms and conditions, the service may be terminated without restitution or refund of any kind.

Sole User Condition.

When you hire web space or any other service from SilvesterHost, it is provided with the intention that you will use it to host a web site or to carry on an activity that is under your own control. The resale of web space provided free of charge or at a price is strictly forbidden under these terms and conditions of service. If you use a service provided by SilvesterHost you agree to be the sole user of that service and not to give to any third party the right to or access to use that service.

We would expect our customers to use our service with respect, courtesy, and responsibility, giving due regard to the rights of other Internet users. In using a service provided by SilvesterHost you agree not to employ that service in a way that is offensive to any person or group, pornographic, menacing, inducing hatred of any kind, racist, blatantly sexist or homophobic.
Our acceptable use policy is actively enforced. Where a user is seen to have breached our terms and conditions of service, they will be asked to refrain from such activity in the future or to remove any offending content. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes acceptable use.

Illegal activity in any form would constitute a serious breach of these terms and conditions. Illegal activity includes but is not limited to the unauthorised distribution of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material or the sale and or distribution of illegal
Goods and services. In using a service provided by SilvesterHost you agree to refrain from using that service for any activity which would, under UK law, be deemed to be illegal.

Certain types of content are not allowed on our server. We do not host pornographic content of any description. Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez and other illegal activities is not allowed. Software downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the software, all other software including freeware, shareware and trial software is forbidden. Audio
And video downloads may only be hosted if you are the creator and copyright owner of the work. If in doubt contact SilvesterHost for advice before uploading any file over which you do not have full rights.

The use of our servers to send bulk email whether solicited or otherwise and the use of bulk email is strictly forbidden. Bulk e-mail is deemed to be any distribution of a single e-mail to more than 30 recipients at any one time.
Use of our service to transmit any unsolicited commercial or unsolicited bulk e-mail is expressly prohibited. Violations of this type will result in the immediate termination of the offending account/server.

Misuse of service resources includes but is not limited to employing applications which consume excessive CPU time, memory or storage space. Chat/IRC, web proxy and mailing list scripts are not allowed on our servers under any circumstances. Streaming media can be a drain on web server
Resources and as such is not allowed. CGI based message forums which use flat file databases are often found to use excessive system resources, to avoid disappointment please use a PHP based message forum.
Customers hiring web space from SilvesterHost are deemed to have accepted these conditions of service by virtue of using the service. Each customer will be informed of the amount of bandwidth allowed in this hosting contract specification. Customer's who exceed this allocation agree to reimburse SilvesterHost for excess bandwidth used at the rate quoted on the web site at the time of excess usage occurs.
